Keppler has been a big part of my surfing
career, as well as many of my friends
and other surfers. He was actually the
first surf photographer I ever met. I
remember when I was only about 12 or 13
doing the NSSA's and all the kids would
be following him around looking at all
the new shots of themselves and other
surfers. Instantly I was trying to get
in on the photo shoots so that maybe I
could have a shot ran in the magazine,
and what do you know Keppler pulled it
off in a major way. He not only got pictures
of me in the magazines but he somehow
figured out a way to get me feature interviews.
He has also played a huge part in my brothers
Josh and Nathaniel careers as well, doing
exactly the same for them. Not only is
Keppler a great photographer but he is
a great friend, and I am really excited
to see what comes out of his new website."
