Keppler
is on his way to becoming the father of
longboard photography. Although he is a
very experienced and accomplished shortboard
photographer, he also seems to have a knack
for longboard photography as well. It’s
probably because longboarding has that artistic
style that Keppler has always wanted to
capture. He’s finally a guy that we,
longboarders, can count on to shoot on a
regular basis and actually pursue something
with the photos he takes. Although there
isn’t much of a longboarding industry,
Keppler is still willing to support, and
he pushes us to promote and publicize our
less appreciated style of surfing. Keppler
will probably be one of the reasons longboarding
takes its swing back near the top of the
surfing industry where it once was. Keppler
is a genuine person who takes great photos.
There is nothing more you could ask for
in a photographer: time, quality, motivation,
and success. If you want a shot, John Keppler
is your man.
